To those committed fans who have been patiently waiting for news, we will be sending aCLOSED BETA KEY to those members registered on the existing temporary forums. With the release of the upcoming CLOSED BETA 1 we will be updating the MechWarrior® Tactics™ website.

Now both mechwarrior games are announcing Imp newsa bout beta this week... so is this a coincidence?? or are both compaines working together??

(my guess is that MWO is going to announce close beta this week as well)

MW:O and MW:T are sister projects, so it may as well be true.

Yes, the 2 companies work closely together. It is known.

If you subscribe to both companies twitter feeds they both send the exact same tweets at the same time.

They are unrelated Beta announcements, however. Everyone who has a registered username at MWTactics has received this info in an email, and this news has already graced the MW:O forums, but has been shuffled to the Off-Topic section since it is a different game.

yes i understand that it is a diff game but for some reason i found the news quite related..both compaines gonna announce beta related info this week.. so i wonder if MWO will also announce on 22nd May...i.e. Tomorrow

Oh and i dont use twitter, not a very popular here
