Wong its a great mech learn to pilot. I have no problem I do 500 damage most match in top spots 3 to 5 kills.

I'm with you. My ON1-V is all support that's to 3xLRM15s (LT and each Arm). Some Medium Lasers and some MGs for self defense.

My Protector was a mix and I did well with it, AC/10, 2 ER Large, SRM6, and LRM15 - Has long range and short range help.

My ON1-K is 4xLL that's it. I snipe with them firing 2 on each arm at a time. If my target goes left to right for cover, I shoot my left 2 and vice versa.

@Azargo Does it have a big CT, yes. If you don't know or want to learn how to play a mech with a certain style, then I wouldn't call it a flaw. It's probably a bad up close brawler but does good at range. If you accept this, you will do well. Also, you can say almost every mech in this game has a big CT because I can land hits on almost all of them really easy as can most people (certain mechs excluded Spider and Centurion being my most problematic among others).

Until it comes a cross a Jager or Cataphract which'll just core out it's CT and keep trucking.

True, which is why I play mine so far as either support (LRMs on V) and long range hitter (4xLL on K) and a mix on my Protector. I do plan on getting the VA at some point and see how well I can do with SRMs and ML with an AC in the torso.

Well, it that case, you outmaneuver them, and keep pelting them with SRMs.

meh. even with a big engine, the Orion is far from agile. It's a decent mech, no doubt. Doesn't mean it can't still be a disappointment.
