MY QUESTION
I would like to know who are eligible for these bonuses, basically the criteria to be considered a "Cadet". Did everyone (who has been playing since closed beta) get 8mil injected into their account?

If you have X matches, you get X money. If you don't have X matches, you get X bonus money per match, until you've played X matches.

Can you turn it on and off or is it a use it and then it runs out one day later even if you don't play?

No. You can not turn the premium time on and off. Once activated the 1 day time will tick till its done.

Activated as soon as you click the Penny Arcade thing and get the time, so play as much as possible for that day.

Is this C-Bills bonus shown on the Battle Summary Screen after a match, or it is just added without any notification from the mech lab screen? Because i am trying to figure out if i got it or not (i cant remember my c-bills before the patch), whether i got it in one lump sum, or i still need to fight 25 matches. Prior to the patch, i played 1000+ matches.

If you played more than 25 matches it was a lump sum. If you played 15 matches you got 15 match lump sum then you got the cadet bonus for match 16-25

I know the cadet bonus shows up after every game for new players.

You get a yellow text bonus per mission as a Cadet player. It looks exactly like Premium time bonus, but is labeled as Cadet.

I assume that would stack with Premium. Spend 6.95 on MC, buy one or three days of Premium, soak up the Cadet and the Premium and buy a mech. Use the rest of the MC for a vanity item or a paint scheme.

i did started today played 12 matches and getting 520.000 cbills from 1 match ( if i lose less ).

i can play 11 more matches to test it. But i think i will stop playing this game. its terrible hard to kill a light mech.. or iam just to bad i dont know.

i am pretty sure i did not receive my 8 mil in one lump sum, even though i played well over 25 matches. In other words, i did not benefit from this Cadet Bonus. So my main question is, how do u define a "new player"? Is it by "below certain number of matches played" or "account created after certain date" or "everyone is a new player"?? I know many people dont have the answer to this, so i am simply asking are there people out there who did not get their 8 mil c-bills bonus like me?
