Mouse and keyboard all the way. MWO's movement doesn't naturally lend itself to a Joystick anyway except for the concept of throttle and perhaps turning. Right now I use an Adesso MKB-135B mechanical keyboard and a Logitech G500 mouse

I tried using a joystick... oh god, never again! Give me a gaming mouse too big for my hand and a laptop keyboard. My wrist hurts like crazy after a couple matches... hey, I am a fragile girl.
