We need a way to change the name of our mechs at any time.

1. Maybe using a little bit of MC cash or C-bills in the Mech Lab?

Agreed. Also, there's no reason this should cost a dime. We're not changing out the Heat Sink tech or adding new armor, we're (at worst) stenciling on a new name with spray paint.
