TMM is a Taurian mining conglomerate I believe. Beyond that, the only reference I could find for TMM is Tamar March Militia. If it is the Taurians, they're taking some major hits to their metal prospecting and mineral refining industry here in the last month. Same with the Canopians.

Industrial sabotage? Pirate activity?

What the *&%$ is going on out there?

could this be TMM? Tauren's Maggna Metals

Magna Metals Inc

This Lopez-based corporation is notable for manfacturing power plants in both the Free Worlds League and the Taurian Concordat. The corporate branch on Lopez is dedicated to the manufacture of weapons.
Notable Achievements

In the 3050s, Magna Metals corporation was noted for development of both the extended range and pulse version of laser weaponry. It also went on to develop the Extended Range PPC.

The company's Taurian operations are unusual. In contrary to the operational procedures of many other plants, the Concordat produces its massive DropShip engines at one plant and distributes them to several shipyards for assembly, rather than building an assembly plant at the same site where the drives are built.

Good catch Skylarr. That could very well be it. Either the Taurians and Canopian mining interests have had an very bad run of luck lately, or something is rotten in the state of Denmark. Either way, the Taurians and Canopian manufacturing base is taking some hits.

TMM appears to refer to 'Taurus Majoris Metals', the manufacturer of the Snowden-class space station, of which it maintains a significant number (upwards of 18, according to some reports).

Snowden-class station: http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Snowden

There isn't really a lot of information about TMM that is available, though the fact that the Snowden-class station was fully produced in the Taurian Concordat, and there were apparently enough spare parts available to keep the things running leads some people to speculate that the Taurians had access to full-fledged shipyards at some point after Kerensky and at least through a good chunk of the Succession Wars, as it seemed that production of the Snowdens continued for quite some time.

Snowden - Thhe original namesake of the Class, the station was launched in August 10th, 2390 where it was deployed to Hyades Cluster deployment. One of the eighteen space station that survived to 3067.
