The pay aspect is supposed to act as a time saving benefit. People who pay can get content faster than non paying players. However, content that alters the balance of the game is non-exclusive meaning it is not restricted to paying costumers. Paying players do get an advantage but it is one that can be overcome by non-paying players.

It would be good to know if you are going to make a european server or not before buying an operation inception package.

Also if we buy a package will we be able to migrate with it intact if you open up a european server later on?

Wooo, my heart stopped for a minute when I first saw the "USA only" deal...Luckily, I regained my cool and started looking through the entire topic ! I don't really care if the game is laggy or not, I just want to test the gameplay, even if just for an hour, to see if I get hokked or not .

But here is something I'm not sure to understand :

Does this mean that Euro (and russian, african...) players can't get into Operation Inception and therefore can't get the cool stuff like US players do (at leat not now and not in this form) ? Operation inception is the north american server deal. In other threads they stated that other areas will have their own operation and deals offered to them. At least thats what i gather from it all.
