The expectation for yearly spending (at least, as I understand it) is... exactly however much you feel like spending.
$60 for (essentially) a game, two months subscription, and all the other 'stuff'.. is a good deal.. picking up a new MMO will typically run you $60 - $100 (depending on the version of the game you get).. and you only get 30 days of subscription with that..
It's a good deal (in my opinion).
