Just applied, fairly new having only realistically played mechwarrior 3 many years ago, hope theres room for a tank in there. (excuse the mmo terminology, not sure how else to put it, i like heavy armor and close range combat)

drops are going well...folks been shaking the rust off on the kurita.mektek.net server.. only allowing mwo mechs and weaponry...few exceptions being that there is no cataphract in mw4 so we use avatar..but feel free to drop in and blow us up..that invite goes out to anyone 8)

Morning gents, well at least its morning here, Banditman I applied as well but wasn't sure if I was suppose to receive a confirmation email saying your app is being considered/processed etc as none came through thus far. Can you confirm that you received it or if not let me know if I need to resubmit.

Itching to shake the rust off and fire a few salvos at some non-AI mechs.

I sent off my application a few days back. Im still Status:Pending so no rush I guess. *grin* I would however feel better knowing it was recieved, what my status is, etc. All this waiting when Im itching to hear the sound of a mech powering up! You guys sound like my cup of tea. Hope yall will give me an oppurtunity.

If you guys will check in on our forums, you should now be able to see our "Members Only" sub-forums (you should see a total of five sub-forums, instead of one). If you can't, absolutely let me know and I'll see if I can figure out what the issue is.

We're still working on getting all the bells and whistles set up over there, and one of the ones we haven't got to yet is the welcome mail.

WOOT! Im on the roster! And the last Mech game I played (I believe) was MW3 Mercenaries. But I plan on looking up MW4 and knocking some rust off! If anyone can give me some directions on finding any Templars once Im in MW4, Id appreciate it.

Now that you can see our Members Only forums, there's all kinds of info there on getting MW4 up and running and then hooking up with the rest of us there. We're playing nearly every night now with games getting larger every day.

You'll probably also want to download Ventrilo, as we are on that as well when playing. Once again, more info in our forums.

Im jumping all over the info part but.... 5 hours before Im home from work! Id pull my hair out if I had any. (Thats right, I have a purdy mechwarrior head) I have a 3 day weekend tho, Friday thru Sunday and tomorrow night Ill be up until I have to rest my head on my keyboard mumbling about Heat sink placement and XL engines.

Yeah, the turn out was good. A few of them were having connection problems in MW4 though. But rust-wise? I think we got that knocked off real quick. *salutes and limps out*

Once I get the kids and wife squared away I'll be on for some extended play and I think I finally have the vent bug corrected. And I even got some sleep for the first time this week! Buyer Beware.

Cya on the dirtside! I've already have my skin picked out...strangely enough it seems to resemble a large bullseye with the excerpt of Die Messy! at its center. hehe
