Disconnected mechs dont give salvage.
I legged 2 disconnected enemy mechs and we won without another kill through taking the enemy base. So i can definitely say that those mechs dont give any money.

Why should anyone get salvage from a player that wasn't actually playing the game? The mechs may as well have not been there.

Disconnected players do not provide any reward. Neither do they receive any reward. Sounds fair to me.
