link to password reset goes to login page

A buddy of mine is trying to reset his password using the forgotten password link. He gets an email that includes a link to page which should give him a temporary password, but it just goes to the login page.

I was having the same problem. Before logging in try clicking on the verify email link first, then doing the password reset.
