I mean, after the Xmas items are taken off the cash shop, will any of those things also vanish as well?
We already lose the paint we purchased to put on our mechs when we change it, its not so big a stretch to think that once Xmas is over, the Xmas related items will go poof as well.

You will keep those items after the sale ends. The items will simply no longer be available for purchase after the holidays. If you accidentally sell an item with a mech, it will be gone though.
