I'm sure the blakists won't ever use this technology.. Why would they need implants.. Nope should never need this.. They would never ever make super soldiers ever, Now everyone just look away!!... Cause they aren't doing ANYTHING at all with this tech.

Oh one of these guys who pressing Alt + F4 before getting killed. Otherwise the statistic is unrealistic.
