One group that comes to mind is SAFE, FWL's intelligence branch. We did have a pretty success one in EGA and AOL/GM.

But, I think folks would not trust it because it holds many secrets.

Don't do that, committees in Marik are worse than torture! We would decay into arguments for the next 10 years! Damn those ex House Leaders, burn them all! Hey wait a second, ah, okay got it, burn all the ones whose first names do not begin with Ito.

SAFE has it's own units and is suppose to have a very good working relationship with the Order.

I miss my SAFE days in EGA , those were fun assignments. But cost an arm and a leg.

Side Note : Should make up a group of people that run around in lights (javelins preferably if they make it in game) that solely try to leg assaults by incessantly running into them, oh and call it IMOC (In Memory of Clueless)... yah, still remember the guy =)
