Today, I have seen a Raven 3L running at a max speed of 150+ kph, but with the 295 engine and the speed upgrade of the elite variant, my mech won't go faster than 146 kph.

So is there a way of getting double elite bonuses, like you will with the basic bonuses after unlocking three elite variants?

Cant bee, you can run faster when you jump down a mountain but thats it. You are not able to do more than 146,8 kph
