Please do not inject reality into the OP's thread as it has been patently disregarded. Obviously it is not a question of his skill level but the fact teamwork is overpowered. Therefore, the OP is perfectly justified to swing the nerf-bat of his reality without you fogging up his view...
Apparently, we are simple-minded people who have learned to play a game instead of simply bowing to the will of an apparent intellectual superior.

Its not the magic premade boogeyman who keeps whiping the floor with you, its simply your lack of skill and inability to organize a random group of players with the tools you have.
Even with "1-man premades" they'd get rofl-stomped and be crying on the forums.

Limiting group size is a crutch, designed to compensate for a deficiency in the game's design (which may or may not be addressed later). Integrated voice comms would at least allow people the choice to easily communicate with the pick up group. If they also enhanced the chat interface, that would also go a long way toward making group communication easier.
And finally, skill based matchmaking should alleviate the real problem, which is uneven matches. The goal of an ELO matchmaking system is (or at least should be) to minimize the roflstomps. Group players who currently farm easy prey will soon find themselves up against others who do the same, or against guys who are really just that good. The casual player who has been getting stomped a lot will find themselves matched against others with similarly poor stats. Individuals will either rise or fall in rank until they reach their own personal equilibrium based on their actual skill, good or bad. (Caveat: this is all dependent on a critical mass of players and a well implemented ranking system).

It is a World of Tanks concept. There have been all sorts of threads about this in the Suggestions forum.

PGIGP should take the nerf-bat to teamwork as it is so obviously overpowered.

2000 - This Number again! Post the Source where you get this Info or stop using it anymore....
Also I´ve read all your other Postings. Is the only Point you have to post something in this Forum to rant about the Game?
I´m sure nobody on this Forum would miss your Rant, so I wish you very much Luck with your "more skillbased" Gold-Muni-Game or Planetside2.
Or do you play this Games too to rant in the Forums only?

Also, you whole stat thing is taken Purely from WoT and if you had ever played WoT you would have known that most pug games will have 3 or more groups on each team. Its not like its only 1 group per team... Really if the cards play right you can have 7 groups per team with 1 pug to spare.
Now if we also look at another F2P game that does solo/team queues, called LoL. They have 2 man groups for solo queue, with 5 man being the most a team is per game. So 40% of the team can be a group That is if theres only 1 group per team, which by stats there can be 2 groups per team with 1 pug left... Which throws your whole statement off cause no one even says a word about 2 man groups in solo queue, even though 2 people are more then enough carry a game, so long as the other 3 don't feed.
The ONLY thing they need to really do, is mark whos in a group with whom. That way we can dispel this notion that anytime you lose a match is cause the other side had a 8 man group that sync dropped....

And it's also fairly easy to get into a merc company and download teamspeak to get in on the team game.

Though it could lead to people spamming it, I think the positives outweigh the negative.
I say this because it would give pub players the tools they need to try and communicate while fighting. Without needing to be a part of a ts.
"Focus 'Mech A" "Return to (Players Current Grid Reference)" "Scout Spotted" "Direct Fire Support Spotted"
Things like that.
And also the only thing they need to do is to have it so that having one premade on your team, makes it so that the enemy team has an equal amount of premade players. So it would be like 4/1/1/1/1 vs 2//2/1/1/1/1, or something similar.
But limiting how big a premade can be is pretty ****** imo, even though I purely solo play.
