How Exactly Is Premium Time Calculated?

Seriously, is some sort of wacky Canadian time scale being used?

My Premium Account time is all over the place, and I've watched my remaining time go down by 2 days in the course of 2 hours.

Someone explain it to me.

The time is counted in decimals. It probably went down. 2 days or something
. Learn to count? or file a ticket
