hello everyone!i just start to play mwo and i have i question:
how can i put ecm on a heavy mech? meanwhile ty!:)

You can't. ECM is limited to certain variants for Atlas, Cicada, Commando and Raven.

Atlas D-oc- Assault class, Cicida3m-medium class are currently the two heavier mechs that can use ECM the rest are lights.
