First off, this is not a BAWW thread about ECM being overpowered.
What I'm wondering is if you are running a Commando 2D, a Raven 3L or whatever Cicada variant has ECM (yes I know, it's a medium. I'm getting to the point.) What in gods name would cause you to run them sans ECM? I don't believe this is a wide spread thing because I've only seen it a hand full of times, but still, why would you do that?
