Please add something to prevent teams from just going by one another on opposite sides of the map and rushing the base. For example, a destructible power generator that must be destroyed in order to start capturing the base in assault mode. One option to encourage a confrontation would be to put the destructible object for both teams next to each other. This will help prevent those matches were there is no combat essentially turning the game into mechwarrior racing.
This is just a band-aid suggestion as what I'd really like to see are full bases with ai controlled turrets.
