I think there should be an additional bonus of about 10K cbill and 50 experience for the top one or two players on each team. Perhaps a limited implemenation for just the losing team would be nice, so that the players who fought heroically despite their team losing will get a larger (or even adequate) Cbill and XP payoff.
Also, lower prices on everything. It's LOCO.

an MVP award would be nice as long as it is kept small so players do not abandon their team so they can get MVP.

It's crazy to see a talented ace on the losing team make fewer points than the AFK guy on the winning team... Hm.

I'd say: award following team orders, such as in BF3. This improves teamplay and lasting gameplay greatly!
I'd imagine opening lances of 2-4 players, with a commander which can issue orders. Orders may be cappaing, targetting, converging on sector etc.
No idea how easy/cumbersome it will be to implement though..
cheers

That might be okay for a merc team, but not a House unit. That is what promotions and awards are for (in a professional military).

Yea, I've personally wished for this a time or two (or twelve, lol). But blinkin killed my fantasy with one sentence. Glory hounds would kill the experience. Especially when Pug'n
