I ran a trial STK-3F for the heck of it. Ended the battle with no weapons after going the majority of it with 2 mediums and a large. Betty rattled off a list of lost parts that rivals most pick-and-pulls. It was one of the funnest matches I've had in a long time! Reminded me a lot of MW2 Mercs on the last battle when i get to the commander in his cauldron born and I'm down to a medium pulse laser and a ton of ammo for a weapon I no longer have.

Ran my first Stalker last night as well. Also, the 3F. I just *had* to try the 6-PPC alpha-strike-shutdown of death.

Well, it was hysterical. And...a bit boring after a few runs. Shutting down with every volley is....eh.

So, after lots of C-bills and MANY reconfigures...settled on 4 ERPPC, 2 Streaks, Full Armor and 300XL.

FUN FUN FUN. And I don't even have half the basic skills applied.

But what will I run next to get to Elite? The 5M looks very nasty.....then what? the 5S is too much like the F. Dual AMS...hmm...

Recommendations anyone?

This happens to me in my phract every now and then. I will end up with every system blown away yet I will still be living afterwards......how...I am not sure.

Last night in conquest it was down to my hunch and an atlas and I was out of ammo and had 2 med lasers to my name and luckily it wasn't windy because I would have died. We won by a couple hundred points. I remember when knockdowns were in and my chest was fine but everything was gone in my dragon but I just kept charging a pult knocking it down (When they fixed dragon knockdowns so I fell too) so my buddy could slowly beam it to death with the one medium he had left. Yep fun times.

I picked up the 5S and I'm having fun with it. Pretty low loadout (58/1.13)...2 llas, 4 mlas, 4 ssrm2. DHS out the wahzoo (22), 3 tons ssrm ammo, 2 ams, 1 ton ams ammo, 300 standard, the rest in armor. 2 to 3 kills per match usually and a very tough brawler. Group 1 = all 270m, group 2 = 450m, group 3 = just ssrms when running too hot.

I'll pick up the 5M next.
