I don't care if you learn to play.. If someone is to stupid to at least use in game chat to call targets I have no problem shooting them

What would be good is the ability for a PUG lone wolf to have the option to opt into a 8v8 game, meaning a team of 5-7 could launch and have their ranks filled in with lone wolves. Part of the problem of 8v8 is actually getting 8 people to play together and then maintaining that level, so there's sometimes so few groups. I think this would go some way to combat sync dropping. (hopefully).

Limiting each team to a single pre-made group of equal size (when possible) will help balance this problem and prevent the sync-drops that seem to be the source of the complaints.
I'm not surprised this is happening as players grind exp for new mechs. It's unfortunate PGI can't seem to get a short term fix in to stop sync-drops.

If the ECM would be fixed,you/they will/would find some other excuse not to team up against other 8man premades.

It's pretty funny how bad the elite truly are at this game. Meanwhile, Kong is still rolling everybody in 8 manz. Sometimes, you get failed to find match multiple times in a row.
They can blame ECM all they want, but we know that's not why they don't want to play 8 manz.

Half the time they get beat by pugs.
I have seen quite a few 4+4 man drops get rolled by a bunch of randoms that shout out "line 4" and that's the only thing spoken in the game.

Yep, ECM gets nerfed and they'll say "we don't play 8 mans because we don't want to play against streak and LRM spam".
Missile spam gets nerfed and they'll say "we don't want to play 8 mans because lasers are too strong."
Lasers get nerfed... etc. etc.
There are players who just don't want to adapt to the metagame in order to compete effectively. They always have some excuse other than the actual reason which is: they suck.

Nothing like recognizing bads that bragged, seeing them in the random que with 3 of their buddies (or 7 sometimes because they cant hack 8 man but still feel they deserve 8 teammates) and asking them in game "shouldnt you be in team games right now?"
My favorite response is "playing teams every game gets boring." Sure it does buddy.

It's funny, because when I pub, and I pub a lot, I get instant pub boss status, recognition, and people fight harder as long as they can see me fighting in the frontlines.
Who'd have known a small community like this would reward players who they feel play fairly, and hate on those who don't?
