Let's face it, it's been a long, long drought, but now we have MWO and several other mech games coming down the pipe in the next year or so. Besides MWO, I'm pretty stoked for Hawken and Mechwarrior Tactics. Anyone else up for these or anything else on the horizon?

MW4 is proof that all I need is one good 'mech game and I'll be happy for years. MWO seems to be everything MW4 was and more. I won't be playing any other 'mech games after I get into MWO.

Pretty much the same as OP here.
I was a HUGE fan of mech commander back in the days, and I expect MW:Tactics to bring back the same kind of spirit. I think those 2 games are complementary, one is tactical (MWO), the other is strategical (MWT), but both have all the ingredients to be great games !
Hawken is further down the line, I expect it to be more of a WoT with giant robots in it...But I've seen the videos and I must admit that the particuliar style that developpers have given to their game is quite simply amazing ! It's raw, dusty, brutal...it looks really good. Now we just need to see more of it and look at the economic model.

So far, Hawken seems to be the Quaker of Mech type games. Sorta like a SteamPunk Mechwarrior 4. Altho in Hawkens defense, it HAS an incockpit view.
MWO looks UBER SIM incomparison. So it`s a Hawken Mechwank Quaker session. lol Slew is not a word I`d use. But you can bet there are prolly a literal slew incoming, once others Devs grab a freaking brain and realize that duhhhhh yes there is a Market here for Mech games. Has been for years.
I am still a Mech 3 fan all the way. Altho MWO looks to finally eclipse the Mech 3 incockpit piloting experience.

I'm just mostly exited for MWO. I'm not sure about MWT. I'd rather spend my time playing MWO, but we'll see. Hawken looks really good though. I'll have to check it out more.
