When and however clantech is implemented the good players will still be good and the bad players will still be bad.

If you think clan tech is going to improve your game because you suck now you will suck just as badly when it comes out.

There is a slice of the population that is obviously thinking that they will be given better equipment that will give them an edge over IS equipment. And this will somehow make them better players.

If you have farmed the C-Bills you buy the Clanstuff ahead of the competition.
That means you will get your Skill-Tree finished ahead of the competition.
That means there is a Gap that can be used to get advantage over equal or even better players that have not aquired the new tech yet.
Now you use your superiority to prevent people from catching up through farming them in the early states of their development until they get annoyed and leave the game so you can stay on top infinite until the game dies for a lack of players.
Staying top is the ultimate proof you be the best most skilled player ever - there is no accepted arguement against that.
And that is the way any PvP game (and the world) goes if there is no prevention against that.
