Include the money you spent on MC even though you might not of spent the MC yet.

I have spent around $320 so far. I know that might seem like a lot but I really really really like Mechwarrior :) and want the game to be a success.

I think I am up to 700+ matches. My favorite part of the game is making and testing new builds on my 22 (and growing) mechs.

Oops, misclicked my first vote, fortunately you can change it. So far, I've spent about $37. Going to pick up another $30 on payday.

I already regret my Legendary. They are clueless about game balance, gouging for mechbay slots/paints, and hero variants cost way too much. Not to mention 2 of my 4 Founders are obsolete thanks to OP ECM on Raven/Atlas, and the 4G one was trash to start with. I should have just went with Elite and picked the C1F.

Already spent 400 dollars on MC. Since I've moved house and we still don't have a line for the internet I'm stuck on a wifi dongle for the internet and playing MWO on it is very unpleasant.(ping jumping from 300 to 12000). Once I get a proper internet connection back and running I'll spend another 50 dollars worth of MC to buy a paint job for all my mechs(All of my color schemes use MC).

I'll be the first to speak up for my group.

Not a damned cent, and PGI won't see any until they stop this groupthink circlejerk and actually listen to their community. I'm not talking just about DHS or ECM balance either, but the blatant gouging on paint and bobbleheads and crap. A buck-fifty just to have a fifth mech in my hangar, but just kidding you gotta pay for that in $7 increments...

You pay less for a brand spankin' new champion in League of Legends than a stupid little Santa-suited Atlas that sits on your console and only you and people spectating you can see. I paid less for a four-pack of Castle Crashers to play with my brother and friends today than what one hero mech costs and I don't have to deal with the excess MC conflating the real price.

The 'Shut up and take my money' period for MWO is over. Now it's time to deliver, but it seems the valuation has stuck to the insane Founder's Pack prices long after this game has gotten a foothold and somebody at PGI is still whaling.

Better to get $2 from 10,000 people than $20 from 100 people or $200 from ten people. They'd get my $2, maybe even my $20, but they're asking for $200.

I dont care about the cockpit item cost. Its just a bunch of fluff.

I am waiting on a "Fix" on the camo spec paint jobs. I would like to see a one time unlock with a MC purchase. If they did that I would probable buy them all. I would really like to see it soon. I am tied of looking at all green mechs when I play a match.

Groupthink is a psychological phenomenon that occurs within a group of people, in which the desire for harmony or conformity in the group results in an incorrect or deviant decision-making outcome. Group members try to minimize conflict and reach a consensus decision without critical evaluation of alternative ideas or viewpoints.
Loyalty to the group requires individuals to avoid raising controversial issues or alternative solutions.

Sure that perfectly descirbes these forums - there's just this complete inability to raise controversial issues

I agree that the pricing seems a bit off. But then their main group of players is probably 30-40ish with jobs and money to spend. While they are less appealing to the 15-20 group? Just and idea.
I was also complaining about this
http://mwomercs.com/...__fromsearch__1
when they started the 20% off periods. This was the point where I payed another 150$.
I spend all on new mechs - domt care for useless crap like bobbleheads and hula girls. (the Urban mech almost got me :) )

I can now actually understand their pricing. Since if you spend 300$ and also play a bit you can own almost every mech in game. Now I really only will spend money on premium time once the game seems finished enough.

None yet, to be honest. It's mainly because I haven't found anything I'd want to buy yet, other than maybe XP-GXP to move the excess 25k off my AWS-8Q pool (only need 43,5 to cap, have 68,7...) and maybe mech-bays now that I have my third Awesome (yes, I'm a bit crazy.) Even then, I find myself wishing that both of them had very high currency sinks, rather than cash-only. :<

The mechs are rather caveat-emptor with incomplete information; for example, the game doesn't tell you which Commando, which Cicada, or which Atlas can use ECM. Also, the heroes are of base models that don't have my attention currently.

Cockpit decs aren't a high priority for me, and I found the basic Marik Purple + Steiner Blue scheme to my liking, so no need for cash camos either. Not that I can see them while in action (and if I CAN, it's for long enough to see myself die yet again.)

I always enjoyed MW from the 90's so when I saw the founders pack I jumped at it. When I learned that a couple dozen of my employees did as well, I had the firm purchased about 25 to 30(ish) LF accounts for them to start playing.

Everyone really enjoyed it at first but most lost interest with the account wipes and some of the patch imbalances. Now I still play, when I can, but only one other is a regular player, but he jumps between this and GW2 at the moment. A few of my guys check back occasionally but most told me they'll just wait for the final release before they check it out again.

I've also bought MC during the last sale. Will probably need to do so again soon.

Sixty dollars. About what I would have paid if this game had been a traditional release title like originally planned. I got more than my money's worth (so I got my money's worth), and it keeps me from buying more on impulse until either my MC is totally gone or the game suddenly gets hyper badass.

Just the $120 of my founders. I'm going to wait and see where the game goes, if it has success and delivers the things that were promised to dish out more money.

0$, and i'm not gonna pay a dime, until the game is at a stable level, balance wise.
I won't shell out money for a mech that has a high probability to get nerfed 2 weeks later.

Also the matchmaker, the problem with the lights/lags, the balance issues with ECM/Missiles and the fact that their are only 2 modis available, defeats the reason for a MC investment up until now.

If the game is in a quasi-finished state, with a good matchmaker, resoved balance issues, more modis, better netcode etc, i will gladly invest money in something that i perceive as worthwhile.

Just my 2 cents.
