i like to actually consider if its worth upgrading to double heat sink because i will end up whit crit slot issue if i do. (most cases it is)

wrong. They can mount exactly as many double heat sinks as they should be able to. Weapons CAN go in legs - but none of the current variants in the game seem to have weapon hardpoints in the legs. Not sure if any of them should (by canon) have hardpoints in the legs or not - but then again - almost anything in the legs would hit the dirt hill you're hiding behind anyways.
