5 tons of ammo for 4 launchers? Just round it out and use the extra ton for heat sinks or armor

Too slow, too much ammo, not enough armor for the movement rate, not enough heat sinks.

I'd prefer to take the stock STK-3F, downgrade the SRM-6s to SRM-4s, remove 1 ton of SRM ammo and 2 Medium Lasers, and upgrade the LRM-10s to LRM-15s, adding one ton of LRM ammo. The Stalker produces more heat than it can manage under most circumstances anyway, and firing one Large Laser pretty much does the same duty as firing the two Medium Lasers, at the cost of just 2 points of additional heat (which you save by downgrading the SRMs, anyway). Meanwhile, the LRM-15s add a lot more damage at range, which is probably a good deal given that the Stalker doesn't really have the speed to close with anything that doesn't want to be caught. If you're going to include T2 upgrades, then:

14.5 tons armor
3/5 255 Strand standard engine
Standard internal
16 double heat sinks (1 LA, 2 LT, 2 RT, 1 RA)

2 LRM 15s, 1 RA, 1 LA (3 tons ammo, 1 LT 2 RT) w/ Artemis IV FCS (RA, LA)
2 SRM 4s, 1 RT, 1 LT (1 ton ammo LT)
2 Medium Lasers, 1 RA, 1 LA
2 ER Large Lasers, 1 RT, 1 LT
CASE (RT and LT)

Free Crits: 2 RA, 2 LA, 2 RL, 2 LL, 2 CT, 1 HD
Free tonnage: 0
