In an effort to make things easier on the developers, if they choose to adjust the balance of ECM, I've decided to roundup all the suggestions threads created within this subforum along with a one sentence summary of the suggestion. This only includes threads in this forum, in no particular order. I've excluded threads that did not contain suggestions in the OP, but tried not to discriminate past that.

If I've missed any, or any new ones are created, or you believe I've mischaracterized any of these threads, feel free to post here and I'll edit them into this list.

Apologies for the layout, the current forum settings did not like me consolidating this better.

Wow - thats an impressive list of many great suggestions. I hope the developers look at these without thining it is whining as there is a lot of awesome ideas (thanks for including my thread too!)

There are many ways to make this game better and more balanced and the community often come up things the developers might not think of.

ECM really needs to be balanced, and here we have even more ideas how to do that than we need :P
Hopefully the Dev's take your post to heart and realize some of these great ideas.

Contains Heng's suggestions and I posted mine in the same thread (instead of posting a new one). Also lumps C3 Master/Slave idea if added. Good read within.

All I know is that thanks to ECM my missle boat is useless. I can't hit VISIBLE targets at all. ECM was made to help slow down missles not disable the entire system. In its current build we then would need to have a system that can deflect energy weapons. About the same concept. I expect to not be able to hit much but when you can see the other team but your targeting computer is blind there is no point to play.

I think you may have forgotten my suggestions also, but understandable due to them being part of an overall balancing thread:

Mechs using Disrupt ECM can not lock-on (but can still target lock) with SSRMs and LRMs.

When I was gathering these, I only checked the threads with something ECMy in the title, so there are probably others I missed too.
