I would love for mechs to be real.
I mean i know that it would be highley dangerous but it still be awsome right?!

if mechs were real i would not pilot one to war. id still play the games. if i could afford it id have one as a hobby in the back yard but that's about it.

Would Greenpeace complain about hydrogen fusion? Dude, they'd kill a thousand baby Tibettian Dolphin Panda Seals if they had the chance to convert our major economic factions to fusion-based instead of operating from traditional energy reserves.

And I wouldn't pilot a mech, unfortunately. Too-high of a frontal surface area for my tastes.

The SHD-2K Shadow Hawk. Not to ride around in, just to look at...and tinker. Maybe put in leather seating, a cup holder, maybe a personal music system.

I'd go for a Mad Cat Mk. II. Seems to be a popular choice. It's kinda what we're working on at Mechbuilders. Give or take.

If not limited to MechWarrior/BattleTech, I'd go for either Gundam Wing Zero or White Glint (from Armored Core: For Answer).
