Mechs use up between between 10-100 milligrams of hydrogen per hour. You can refuel your mech for another 3 months by peeing into a tube. Gas mileage isn't really much of a deal.

History buffs will recognize the prototype Urbanmech on the right.

Anyone who's read a decent book on history knows about Battlemechs. What, do you really think Operation Paperclip was about rockets? V2 rockets were small time. It was all about the Clan technology.

Puma isn't street legal due to its speed.

Anyway, you know I would take an Atlas. If you're not a Lyrian and would take an assault mech anyway, you're obviously compensating for something.

If the tech was real, I might be partial to holding onto a Hatchetman Grim-1S (broom and shovel attachment). Somebody would have to sweep up the mess after DWSS-Retribution pointed it's naval auto-cannons down range and said hello from 240 miles up.

wait just the mech? as is the only thing in the world that changed is, I suddenly have a mech? not sure the US goverment would like me stomping around in a walking nuke reactor. even with the best mech I would at some point be taken down by the military. so.. nope don't want any mechs..
