Can The Game Be Downloaded And Kept Locally?

Downloading every single time I have to reinstall is VERY cumbersome.
Can the patch be kept locally for reinstall so as not to bust monthly bandwidth?

Just don't delete the game folder and run the patcher from there...

But why are you reinstallign so often

You can just keep the MWO-Directory somewhere. After installing DX9 and C++ manually you can start the game (via the patcher) without reinstalling. Did that as I added a Win8 partition.

Well, when the game installs, it deletes what is in the MWO Patch directory.
