Had an idea for ToE
First off guy who is judging ToE gets teamkilled by the recruit.
Now he watches the guy who wants in. Yeah you put yourself a guy down. but at least you get a decent judgement on the recruit
We have no lobbies etc so i think this is viable.

Why not just see how well he follows orders, moving in formation etc...

I dunno id rather spectate and see how some one responds to certain situations.
Since we cant drop on our own and fight each other properly I think this isnt a bad idea. You only hurt your team and not the other.
BTW in mw3 TOE was vs the whole team and you killed as many of them as you could. IIRC
