One of the biggest problems is the Team Killers. I understand FF happens, but is there goin to be a mechanism in place to track/ban IP's of reported team killers/griefers if they are identified?

No problem. Welcome. You picked a good time to join up as things just became really exciting around here!
Started playing MW with the first one when a few buddies in the Marines introduced it to me. Played them all, including the MechCommander series. Also read many of the books before a wife and kids. Had always hoped for a MW MMO along the lines of Eve Online, but this looks fantastic if not totally what I was looking for. They'll get $60 bucks from me fast...

You are in good company then! There are a lot of dedicated fans roaming these forums. I started on 31st Century Combat and have read most of the books myself. My tabletop figurines are secure as well lol

Not sure I am tracking...getting behind a teammate and cutting loose would do for most people. Rear armor is weak even if you max it out....

If friendly fire is in the game, it could be a problem. I suggest a meter tracking the team damage you do with values for damaging and killing allies. If you break a mystery threshold, the account will be locked. Or even better, griefers just get teamed with other griefers.
If friendly fire isn't in the game, then griefing by blocking shots is the only recourse available other than non participation. Which is much more difficult.

Friendly Fire has already been addressed, and it will be included: http://mwomercs.com/...devs-3-answers/

You're having a problem with TKs in WoT?! O.o I think in 2K some games I've had *maybe* 5 that had serious TK ******-baggery going on. Maybe it's the time of day I played... /shrugs

In-game reporting feature would also be a good idea, although account bans/timeouts tend to lead to a larger volume low-level troll free accounts cropping up and being pidgeonholed into interacting only with the newest players- the players we'd want to try the hardest to limit exposure to trolls.

I play up to tier 10 and I still see TKers, Now, that said, it is almost always be accident, but some players are just plain stupid. Arty splashing you when shooting danger close, for example... Admittedly, I have actually TK'd on purpose. I was dealing with a tank and there was no chance I was going to lose; I had him pinned against a wall and he couldn't pen my turret. We were like this for over a minute, when suddenly a shell slams right into the top of my engine. Our arty had tried to hit the tank I pinned and hit me instead (instead of looking for more important targets) I finish off the tank I was shooting, turn around, and blast our arty.
My logic is simple: anyone willing to make a shot like that is a liability to the team, and our whole team was better off with him dead. We went on to the win that game, despite his crying. And I have to admit, it wasn't the first (or the last) time I had to take someone out.

I've only seen WoT TK's in 3-4 games twice because the special needs tankers drive into the line of fire of bigger tanks or you get the map cord spammer that ticks off the wrong person by spamming like a spastic nine year old.
i'm sure they have a plan in place to handle the obvious cases but operator error and general stupidity happen.
