This mech should make an appearance in MW:O. This mech is an energy boat that's not ammo dependant. The mech has good speed, firepower and armor.

it would have to have only 4 energy hardpoints, so that people cant just drop 2x large to mass 8x medium and break the game balance. with limited hardpoints they would have to use up the extra tonnage with the larger lasers.

Then the min/max munchkinizing people who just want to ****** rodeo with mass weapons and run and gun til they drop while drooling on their keyboard and not even bothering to think will cry and cry and cry that it doesn't have enough hardpoints to get their spam boat and that PGI is destroying customization, which means they can't "express themselves", despite unlimited customization being proven to cause homogeneity where everyone runs the same "best setup", meaning people aren't expressing themselves with a system that has no control over what people do.

I'm for the design, with a nice modernized facelift from the artists of PGI, as long as it retains 4 or less energy hardpoints, to work within these confines as people please, dropping the larges for some more speed or armor, or dropping speed for a third large, etc.

If it breaks from limited hardpoints and just becomes another laserback, then it's just another "skin" mech with no real difference or use.
