You're right it can. I've done it in a Raven 4x and a Hunch 4P too. I rarely see many people kill an entire team off however.

Should I post my high 900's to 1K damage matches with 3/4 kills and 3/4 assists? That shows a better contribution to the overall match. I'm not running the YLW down. Any mech that you enjoy piloting is a good mech. They are all capable. I'm simply running YOU down for thinking you did anything productive in that match.

Some of the simplest builds are the most powerful/capable. I play a 4 large laser Catapult. My average damage in that mech is probably n the 700 to 800 range.

Some luck tied with solid shooting = good game. I've had ridiculous experimental builds yield phenomenal games. Case in point here's a video of my first time in a YLW:

While I agree with the others, "it can be done in any mech on a lucky day" ... the fact he did over 600 damage implies he did do a decent amount of heavy lifting as well. Still cool. Still won't make me go out and buy a little wang. Besides ... a good pilot can make most mechs work well within reason. My snow flake build Cicada with the ER PPC and ER Laser usually gets 300+ damage and 1 to 2 kills each match as long as the 3L's and 2D's ignore me.

To tell you the truth i was AFK most the match, up until about our last guys was killed. He was a Hunch. I went to him but 5 mechs were focused on him. I just started killing off the biggest things. Yes they were all in bad shape. I don't call it kill stealing if THE ENTIRE TEAM IS DEAD! I was in **** shape at the end. i almost lost that arm to a raven with a badass lag shield. In the end i won it for the entire team, which probably left after they got killed...
