You hear that PGI? You lost a customer because you refuse to fix important issues instead of releasing more content that even you admit is broken. *sigh* Forget new content and shiny things to keep the ****** base foaming at the mouth and FIX YOUR GAME!

Yes, they refuse to fix what you want fixed.
Refuse.
All of the dev posts, in fact, directly translate to "@#$% You Six, we are Refusing to Fix this."
Despite all their posts mentioning their intended fixes, and the roadmap for those fixes, with ETA's and all (admittedly those ETA's are and have been a moving target.)

It's called transparency. Tribes: Ascend had the same amount of backlash when Hirez had a huge ****** for hitscan guns and blatantly ignored all feedback to counter.

by moving you mean months into the future with history to suggest they won't make it.
Oh and the new mech is apparently so buggy its worth noting in the patch notes.

Hi-Rez is a pyramid scheme abandon-ware dev group. They destroyed Tribes IP, put a skeleton crew dev on to clone visuals and change paint schemes for new weapons, occasionally changing something, then moved on to another F2P game to rake in fast cash.

On the subject of "buggy new mech". The issue has never been wholly about speed. It's the way the game handles collision detection, physics, and movement. All Client information is Second level, the Server is lord and master of everything. I can rubberband a 40 kph mech all day long by telling my client to "walk" over "impassable" terrain. The server will keep arguing with my client telling me no, so I'll just yo-yo back and forth all day long.
We see this with other people's mechs because our client is waiting for the server to tell our client interface that "yes, it did just move there".

You realize that this are different jobs, do you? You can´t put a 3d artist into the netcode team.
Netcode is one of the top issues of PGI. They state it over and over again. There was a thread a few hours ago some Dev`s postet in. They adressed netcode again, saying that it is top priority. I think i remember februar as date ( but that might be wrong, so please don`t kill me if it is

Unfortunately i can`t find it now, i would have linked it if i had.

I ask because we were told that there would be tear catcher's available in this patch and those of us who are on the grind during the day need those tears to fuel our hate engines.
