The 3L is not a joke to the Jenner-D, pre or post ECM. Players just like to complain about it.

ECM is just Emphasizing the terrible net code by removing the only weapon that is able to hit lights consistently the SSRM's

Net code gets fixed and I can guarantee when ballistics and lasers start ripping lights apart quickly they will phase back out.

Right, that's why before ECM hardly anyone piloted the Jenner D, and everyone was piloting Raven 3Ls.

The Jenner-D was better overall, there was more builds the Raven-3L did better than the Jenner-D. I see a lot of Jenner-Ds now who can do the build better with the Jenner-K or Raven-3L.
