Is 7.1 Surround Still Broken?

Still getting bad feedback in the left channel in 7.1 surround. I know that it was mentioned in past patch notes that is was broken. Was it fixed or are my headphones going bad, they are Corsair 1500?

they fixed 95% of the problem, but still somtimes, its buggy. poor devs, poor sollution.
