I can neither confirm nor deny that actual beta keys have been given out to people, nor whether it was because they also played/subscribed/whatever to MW:O.

Yeah MW: Tactics has been in closed beta for a bit now and none of us have recieved any beta keys as promised. What's up?

Founders got early access to closed beta for this game. PGI promised nothing about access to MW Tactics that I can recall.

If you wanted access to the MW:Tactics beta. . . . . maybe should have signed up for the MW:Tactics website?

I am not sure, I may have read that, but just because it's written there doesn't mean it has actually happened to anyone. But I can say - if that was the case, the persons in questions couldn't confirm or deny it. Unless I misread.

As a MWT Founder I gotta ask, are you sure you WANT a key? This is not to bash MWT, it's a beta in every sense but frustrated MWO Founders heading to MWT would find their strained noggins exploding methinks.

Edit: Under the Beta is a fun game. And I've been in MWO since closed Beta so take that for what it's worth.

Yes, believe it or not, this game is not that bad as far as development goes for as young as the game is.
