If you don't have one already, I suggest you get an office Cat and call her "K2".

Now, don't kick K2 to work out your stress. Cuddle her and make sure you have a routine to clean the litter every day so the office doesn't smell like Cat shizat. I'm sure you guys are used to the smell of old Mountain Dew bottles and KFC containers.

For when an employee actually manages to read the forums and gets upset may I also recommend a time out room or a PGI Stress Councillor with lots of plants and maybe a flowing fountain in said time out room.

Running water is soothing. Don't skimp on installing a fountain by simply leaving a tap running or the toilet flowing. There must be water on rock action.

That is all.

I lol'd when I visualized them working with the toilet door open and with constant flushing sounds coming out... don't think it'd turn out well

Hey, if it calms them down and gets more maps done, I'll sit under their desks making "woosh and dribbling sounds" perhaps even bird sounds if that's their thing.

The dribbling sounds would be real though. B)

Remember. These guys are INDIE developers...they probably can't afford such luxury items in their office with the millions of dollars kicking around getting in the way.

I wouldn't be if I worked there...

(Like the K2 Cat idea.. just worried about too much Cat armor shedding and getting into computer hardware. B) )

Compressed air is high tech.

They may waste valuable committee time figuring out who should spray out the computers.

stick something in to keep the tank stopper from closing. tank never fills, but keeps trying. don't get constant flushing sounds. just water running

Either K2 or Lagshield are appropriate names.

If it likes to steal little things around the office, like a kill stealing Gausskitty, call it K2. If it's a cat that buzz's around your feet wherever you go, call it Lagshield.

if it's underweight and can't be saught as it runs all over the shop it's called lagshield.

if it can bite you from anywhere/range to greviously harm you call it k2

if it's scratches you just a few times to make you die from bleeding, call it mr splatterspult

if it throws itself at you once or twice to kill you, call it whackpult.

hmmm a relaxing office atmosphere!

there my 1000th and it's so so...
