I’m looking for a unit which is capable of 4/8 player drops.

My background:
Served as a Cavalry Scout in the US Army.
PVP MMOs for the past 10+ years
Play EST time usually 9pm to whenever.
Working on a Master’s Degree so some nights I may not be able to play

My Mechs:
Atlas DDC (Master)
Catapult K2 (Master)
Cicada 3M (Master)
Cataphract 1X (Master)

What I won’t do:
Play with a megalomaniac
Deal with any vent/ts drama
Play with a team that sucks (I can do that in a PUG without a unit moniker)
Have expectations cast upon me by the unit (I have a life outside of MWO)

There are some that are actively recruiting. I could recommend A.C.E.S., Blackstar mercs, or Hellsponies. You can also check out the Lone Wolf forums, some small groups are forming there. Course, wait around long enough and someone will extend an invitation.

Hey, General Pace.

Good idea reaching out for an active group. If they are on here, they are pro-actively recruiting. If you are looking for a more coordinated, tactical play, then joining a group is the best way to satisfy that, while building rapport with a group of good people. Unfortunately, not every merc corps/clan are into the social aspect. With our group, you DO get the best of both worlds! We also have some ex-military folks. There seems to be no shortage of them in MWO!

We are {QQ} RageQuit Mercenary Corps. Check out our website and forums for more info about who we are and our recruitment process. In a nutshell, we look for mature, good-natured, fun-loving players who also happen to be pretty darn good at the game, too.

In our forums, you will only get public access initially, but as you gain Recruit and then full Member status, more threads open up to you, including custom mech builds and successful tactical plays by map type.

If you are interested in getting a feel for us, you are always welcome to drop into our TS3 Channel in the Comstar NA server under {QQ}. There will be a lot of us on this weekend, so you can get to know many of the guys. We have a very active group and have members in several different time zones and hours of play, with the majority playing from 7-8pm EST to about 6AM EST. Since this is a double XP weekend, we expect a lot of action over the next couple of days.
