what happed usually when we see big numbers its because of some news like closed beta announcement or something like that

I have already seen numerous people on a few forums who have said they have done this (and some have gotten numerous beta invites on those extra accounts) some claim to be doing it to give to friends (ha!) but the "honest" ones just outright say they are doing it to sell them.

Yea, bound to happen on any anticipated closed beta, especially one that apparently has no checks in place to prevent multi accounting.

At least there's no ebay auctions for MWO beta keys...i would rage if i saw some ***** was selling it to more idiots for $100+ or something ridiculous.
