It clearly stated the things I think they are doing right.
There is no excuse though for some of these things to still be crap.
Mechlab - Fix it.
This is EASY. FAST. Will make MANY players HAPPY.
How do you go into Open Beta with a Mechlab that calculates heat wrong, gives crappy descriptions of equipment, Has no heat, damage or range information for weapons?
Would you do it? Could you conceive of it? I for one have no idea how something this simple to do and this critical to the game is Soooo bad.

Ok, number one, "How do you go into Open Beta", really? I think you answered your own question, it's beta! Things are still being developed.
Number two, easy and fast? Maybe you should just fix the mechlab for them since it is SOOO easy, or better yet develop your own game! You know, show them how it's done! Seriously, go read the command chair posts, literally everything you are crying about is currently being addressed.

Again. Before Open beta the Mechlab should have had at least Heat, Damage, Tons, Slots and Range. Period.
Also there are a few thrid party Mechlabs out there specifically because the one in the game is sooo bad.
Furthermore. I am not crying. I pointed out the good and the bad.
Certain parts of the bad (MECHLAB) should have been much better than they are now, much earlier.
I am not threatening to quit. I am pointing out that working on adding Heat, damage and range to weapons in the mechlab now is LATE.
Equipment NEEDS better descriptions and Weapons NEED damage, heat and range.
Argue it all you want. You know we should have never gone to open beta without at least this.

Last I checked MW:O was F2P and for most practical application did not require one to part with their money save Hero Mechs and Mech bays...
The OP is delusional if he though that throwing money at this F2P game would make it more palatable and clearly he failed to read any of the road-map.
I don't have a lot of empathy for people who assume too much...

So you know these things are being worked on, yet you still feel the need to post about them?
If everything was done before open beta, it wouldn't be open beta, it would just be launch. If you don't like where the game is at right now then put it down for a few weeks. Don't come on the forums and further clutter them with useless posts.

I would hardly consider his post crying. Unlike the OP. Command chair has barely been updated anyway.. Ok they fixed the mesh. I have no idea what that even is and it didnt effect gameplay. They need to update CC more often.

Tons, Crits, Heat, Damage and Range are the basic information needed to make decisions in mechlab.
No third party mechlab is without these for a reason. The only mechlab without this information is the one in the game made by pros.
Again. Not rage quitting here.
Pointing out that on some level the decision making going on for some reason is broken.
If the biggest crys coming from your forums is how ECM with fast lights is OP either because of the netcode, the way ECM is implemented or a combination of both. Would you shut your mouth and introduce another superfast lag shielded mech with ECM?

Even so, I got in CB before the Founders went on sale, and I still spent the money, so far that is approx £10 a month...easily got my monies worth
