Hows that new camo scheme working out for you? Did you try the winter color options like what was suggested? I've not had the chance to play around with it in the mechlab... bet it looks sweet, though.
Thanks, PGI, for continueing to improve this game that we all have such great hopes for!

It is nimble and fast, hard to hit and even hard to detect via thermal view. But if hit hard it dies rather easy and it doesn't have the firepower of a medium mech like many of the other lights.
I see that Spider pilots have fun whilst not playing a mini-assault and I think this is a sign that lights don't need to be as strong as they currently are, with the Raven 3L for instance. They have enough benefits, like speed, agility, low profile. If they take the Spider as the best example of a light done right they should transfer that over to the other mechs when they do balancing in the future. Less firepower, make them a bit smaller to compensate.
Any other things? Not much has changed, or has it? I'm still having fun with the game, especially since I found the perfect solution when three lagshield ecm Commandos and / or Ravens are circling me: I shut down and watch the show. What else is there to do?

Well apart from some bugged audio it did not get worse. I guess that is positive?

This does not mean i feel disapointed - i am glad the game makes some progress though this time it contains nothing that excites me beyond that.

Honestly, the last 3 or 4 patches I could have done without.

After the the patch for the first time ever the number of module slots available on a mech chassis became a (albeit small) factor in my decision making on what mech to select.
prior to the patch i pretty much dropped in whatever module was currently not equipped and/or ran with empty module slots

I haven't had a crash to desktop in weeks. No yellow screens, no messed up mini map, no lag teleporting ECM Ravens, everything I've shot at in the past weeks haven't been affected by net code lag, no more terrible pug teams or 4 fps bug either. I give it 6 thumbs up. Everything is right in the world.
Oh, did I neglect to mention I still haven't bothered to download the patch or log onto MWO ? Jump jets are still broken. Big energy weapons are still unusable, no matchmaking, no lobby, no CW, no netcode fixes, and ECM is still 3+ wonder devices rolled into 1 so I saw no reason to even try the patch. It is much less frustrating this way however.

Sorry for the bad side, but just reporting beta test results. Overall I seem to be missing alot even though my aim is good.

What I've noticed is that the game seem to be running smoother than it used to, that's a plus! You're going the right way PGI, keep at it!
What I don't like is the ECM. Not being able to see what the hell is going on and tell which is friend from foe is highly annoying. :L
I also don't really like the female voice giving you info. She sounds so.. stiff? Is that the right word.. *ponders* Not serious? Too slow? Something like that.
Otherwise, it's pretty enjoyable!
