No complaints or QQ or anything... just wanting another mech. (One of many more mechs I would like to see)

3 Energy, 2x 15tube missile, 1x1 tube missile, 5 jumpjets.
[edit] They are giving us both jump variants apparently, and the SLDF 3C lostech variant.

But the current Metagame isn't very kind of Mediums and certainly not to ones near the lower weight range.

Dibs on a maxed out XL engine, three streak 2s, jump jets and medium lasers, pew pew!

Oh I don't know about that, the cicada 3M does extremely well in a medium laser configuration, I saw a CN9-A Centurion repeatedly take apart light mechs and medium mechs last night, and the Hunchback 4SP seems to be the Daddy of all mediums at the moment, so I think there is no better time to drive a medium

also yes, the M does sound cool too, but the single tube launcher is hysterically non functional when you cram an LRM in it. i once had a raven 3L with an LRM20 in the NARC arm. shenanigans.

The base LRM boat mission will probably be only an occasional role, unless they address the ECM/Streak/Netcode issues by then, and TBH, I don't really know if it'll do anything my Centurion doesn't already do (Well, one of them will jump, but can't say that is really been my play style), but at least it will give me something new to play with, since the Spider just doesn't really fit me.

How do you think having a missle hardpoint in the arm effects the ability to gain lock? The arm reticule is always used to attain lock, regardless of the missle locations. The sole benefit of arm-based missle hardpoints is standard SRMs. Sadly, every variant only has 1 missle hardpoint in the arm, so 1xSRM6 is the most you can do with it. All I see is a waste of Tubes that would be more useful in a torso.
I played around some with missle tajectory of LRMs in arm-based hardpoints (AWS-9M & CTF-2X) and saw no distinct advantage to it's location.

Ah ok, never played with streaks so i didnt know which cross hair they were tied too. Maybe it needs location based.

from what I remember of the Trebbie, the lasers and at least 1 or more missile slots are in the arms. The side torsos are relatively small (like the Centurion). I would be a bit leery stuffing an XL in there. I have a hard time driving a Cent with an XL because once those arms are ripped away those little side torsos become huge targets.
The Centurion at least has the 2 laser slots in the CT that seem to last as long as the Cent itself does. Not seeing that on the Trebbie, but only time will tell.
Most of the chassis i never cared for prior to MWO, I am really liking in MWO so maybe I will be happily surprised!

What ECM issue? the fact it WORKS! It does exactly what ECM is suppose to do! ELECTRONIC COUNTER MEASURE!!!
Sooooo tired of people cyring about this. ADAPT to your battlefield. It only covers an area of 180 meters, only really effects mechs that don't have long range weapons. Sure you can't "target" them unless someone gets in there and spots them, but that's what lights are suppose to be doing anyway. Carry a TAG... NARC... There ARE options.
