It seems that lagshield decreased, and lights aren't teleporting around anymore.
Thumbs up for this patch, great work PGI!

P.S.: i love the start up sequence!

I also am having the Bubble Warrior online issue. I updated the drivers for my Geforce GTX 670 on Win 7. Is there any fix for this yet?

startup sequence: HELL YEA!!!! great job, thanks for that guys
over all performance: seems increased

minor problems: had a grafics issue which i didn´t experience before: a "flashing" yellow thingy coming from minimap going all across the screen, short flashes every few seconds...experienced 1 match on frozen city so far...if i get it again, i´ll fraps it...

fraps: causing fps to drop to 5 after a short while, going up again after about 20 seconds, repeats constantly ...( i had that before w/o fraps but didn´t appear after i made some adjustments in user.cfg 2 days ago...) happened on frozen city

frozen city still missing building textures sometimes ( all buildings greyed out)

experienced soundloss, again on frozen city... no sound for like 2 seconds, happened 3 times in that one match

note: all issues on frozen city appeared in different matches, all other maps no issues so far

other than those above the game runs very solid at 30 - 40 frames

/conspiracy theory mode activated: this is not a bug... this is a sneak peak on the starmap for CW :)
(in fact it looks a bit like an asteroid field in battle star galactica online ;) )

Startup sequence should be nothing important but... our morale went up a lot :-)

Bug: when overriding shutdown sometimes shutdown screen remains activated aven is mech is playable and cold. You must turno off and on manually to reset screen to normal use.
Bug: minor importance, after patch I had to reconfigure some (and not all) keys.
Bug: first game on frozen cities buildings had no textures, then solved in next game after rebooting game.
Bug: some mechs sometimes went around skidding (no animation) becoming impossible to hit while making serious pain to my group. Lagged?

Positive: finally I can fire my six lasers on Spiders hitting them, thanks, nice netfix

Strange: immediately after patch we had several fast and smooth matches (around 7 p.m. of Greenwish+1 time, I suppose). Then after some hours game was less smooth (after more people patched and servers went crowdy?). When smooth it seemed another game than in past weeks, it was a GREAT pleasure to play, I wait european server.

Thanks for this update, I liked it

I can confirm this one and add to it. On the Frozen City - Night map, by the Theta capture point, I could look up at the cliffs and see grey walls, but if I altered my torso's position, the proper ice texture came back. I could replicate it by twisting back and forth. Twist right, no textures, twist left to get textures, twist right again and the textures went away again.

1) New minimap for Forest Colony Snow
2) Added crashed ship for Forest Colony Snow
3) More monitors inside the mechs are now displaying additional information.
4) Monitors inside the mech now have glare on them based upon external lighting from the environment.
5) Ability to select and deselect mechs and place them in the mech ready list on the home screen is back.

Haven't encountered any floating 'Mechs.

Had encountered an odd quirk. My Founder's Atlas armor allocation was at default values instead of old max front / no rear armor. Otherwise weight values and loadout unchanged. Unusual since I haven't changed my 'Mech's armor values for months. Checked when using recently when it failed to take the usual frontal abuse but took an unusual amount of rear abuse.

I can't even start the game. DC the icon, MWO logo pops up then goes away and... Nothing. try to click icon again, and it tells me I already have an instance running.

I have encountered some floating mechs. Weird but no big deal. On one game (Caustic), my Cat-K2 powered up from an overheat. When it did, all HUD data was gone. Almost like yellowscreen bug. I was able to reset HUD by powering down and then back up again. Annoying, but at least not fatal.

Okay, new patch and for the first time in awhile new bugs for me.

- orange screen bug. I haven't seen this one for awhile, spawned into a match and my entire screen was orange as if I was over heated. Tried powering down my mech and powering up but it did not fix.

- New orange screen bug. This one is like the above, but it only takes effect when I fired my weapons. After around 10-15 seconds of not firing the screen would revert to normal. This bug also extended into spectator view. Whenever a teammate I was spectating fired their weapons my screen would go orange.

- The mech screen which show ammo and heat sinks are also showing the no feed message over those screens.

- Went into a match with my AWS-8Q painted in House Marik colors and two trial AWS-8V for some reason were also sporting the same color scheme. I asked a player in my vent what the color of the other 8V was and he said it was green.

- I've continued to see this crop up the last few patches but a lot today. I have noticed a lot of terrain in various maps becoming transparent. In River city by the citadel in the center and around the lip of the Caldera on caustic valley.

Good job, you made movement a bit smoother, however I see more CTD's and DC's now than I did before. When I could play twenty matches without a memory allocation error in CryEngine, now most people can play three... maybe four, before crashing out. You toted this patch as being a decent fix, or improvement to the massive memory leak... in fact... you've made it worse.

(Edit. Title being "Patch... Epic Failure" is not inflammatory to the player base, possibly to PGI, but hey... it's your crap client, not our fault.)
