So this is my first team wipe, maybe others would like to share their screenshot and build too:

Posted Image

Build: Catapult-A1 6xSRM6 with artemis. (90 Alpha, 1.42 heat, 352 armor, 8 tons of ammo)

A very cool contribution would be eight kill spider or similar :-) (If not impossible)

Happy hunting!

You did not get 8 kills, you simply finished off 8 mechs. Show me a screenshot where your team has 0 dmg and you killed the entire enemy team solo. Then I will be impressed.

And your posting this in training grounds guides section why? If your trying to show off in the forums at least try to learn how to use them and post in the proper section.

I'm slightly impressed. Simply being there when the kills happened and actually getting the kill does require bit of skill (and fair amount of luck)

Though using SRM-cat is not that surprising.

Wow man, whole lotta hate being directed to you for being dealt a Royal Flush of MWO matches. Firstly, congrats on your 8 killing blow match =) My best so far has been 6 kb's in an AC20/4MPL CTPL K2, but if I ever get lucky enough to throw 8 I'll try to remember to screencap it and show you all.

Once, and only once, many moons ago in an Awesome laserboat, the charred and scorched remains of 8 fallen opponents littered the ground at my feet.

I've had a couple of 7's in my Stalker. New players tend to panic when hit with 5 SRM6'es. Well, actually, everyone does.

HOWEVER. I've also gotten 7 in my recently purchased ECM commando. 7 Kills, 250 or so damage. That should show more than anything that kills don't represent full contribution, but I won't say they mean nothing. That was some impressive damage.

It should also be noted that I feel like a dirty, dirty cheater piloting an ECM commando.

Thread is in the wrong section, I guess mods will move it to general discussion.

I've never went past 6 kills, I often do 5, several time 4.

What I like are those matches when I'm the last man standing of my team and the other group see their numbers lowering constantly, because I bring several of them in the tomb with me, scoring 4 or 5 kills before getting done with an halved mech :).
After that I look at the scoreboard only to find that 3 or 4 of my mates neither reached 100 dmg (sometimes even 50 B)) and I wonder how things could have gone with a slightly more competent team.

The above awards me even more proudness than those matches in which I win being the last man standing.

They have rearranged the forums, so this one ended up the wrong place. Should have been "General discussion", so I hope a mod will move it.

I dont wanna argue with the haters and of course damage and kills is not the same. Nevertheless its still 1200 dmg which is more than the other teammembers dmg combined.

Valrock> Thanks :)

Kiiyor> Thats very good for an Awesome! You remember which model and build? 8Q/9M with mediumlasers? And seven kills in a commando is pretty sweet.

Im just happy that I got eight kills which inspired me to make this thread in hope of others sharing screenshots and builds B) The SRMCat is likely one of the easier builds to achieve this, but lets see what other builds can pull this one off too.

I too am a member of the 8 kills club... once in almost 2,000 drops.

Did it in my 4x LL DRG-1C mech, around 1200 damage done.

Awesome days <_<

Grats on the accomplishment, doesn't happen often.

Even kill stealing 8 mechs isn't easy (nor is it a sign of skill, but it is not easy), I have also gotten 8 kills before, and around 1200 damage (magic number eh?) but only once. 7 kills happens quite a fair amount of times, 2 is minimum average where I actually get to fight.

I've killed all 8 enemies twice. Both times it was in an AC20 K2.

Closest I've come is 7 kills and 1 assist with 1400 damage. Atlas-D-DC Gauss, ERPPC, 3 SRM6.

That's a screenshot worthy of posting! I've personally only gotten to 6 before everything was dead or my SRMs ran out. Perhaps once I get my 9M variant I'll be fast enough to roll everything <3
