The new over-ride system has broken hotkeys.
I had mine bound to my mouse, when they didn't work I had to press O/P to get them to operate, however upon inspecting the controls menu, it clearly states those functions are still linked to my mouse, despite the patch.
Futhermore, when I changed them BACK to my mouse, neither my mouse nor O/P now work..no override.

If you delete you USER folder(s) that should reset everything for you.
Path should be something like : C:\Games\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online
Path should be something like : C:\Games\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online

even with restting controls, rebinding them breaks override

To take note, I can still power down and up using my mouse bind, it's just override that refuses to change
