i know that people are divided with the ECM. some love it, others hate it

I had the thought of a single shot missle somewhat like the NARC, most likely dumb fire like the, that could disable someones ECM for a short period of time.

That could tip the balance towards...well balancing the game some more.

I would love to see the ECM get knocked out for a few seconds when/if the ppc gets a emp effect.
